Information and entertainment only
Hoops Hustle (hoopshustle.app), including the Hoops PSM live model, dashboard, Quarter Tracker, Kelly calculator, guides, blog, alerts and all related content (together, the "Service"), is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to place any wager.
Not a sportsbook
Hoops Hustle is not a sportsbook, gambling operator or bookmaker. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for wagering, or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is placed with a third party at your own choice and risk.
No guarantees
Projections, probabilities, edges, "leans," verdicts and suggested stake sizes are statistical estimates based on models, assumptions and data that may be incomplete or wrong. Sports outcomes are uncertain. We make no guarantee of accuracy, profit or any particular result. Past performance, including any record shown on our Results page, does not guarantee future results.
Not financial, legal or professional advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Bet sizing tools such as Kelly calculations are mathematical illustrations only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
Data and odds
Scores, schedules, statistics and odds shown on the Service may come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Lines change constantly; a line or price shown on the Service may not be available at any sportsbook. Always confirm the current line and terms with your sportsbook before placing a wager.
Age and location
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher) to use the Service for any purpose related to wagering. Sports betting is not legal in every state or country. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you are located. The Service is void where prohibited.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Set limits on time and money, never chase losses, and take breaks. If gambling stops being fun, or you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (National Problem Gambling Helpline, free and confidential, 24/7) or visit ncpgambling.org. Most sportsbooks also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools.
Subscriptions
Paid plans give access to tools, data and features. They do not buy, guarantee or imply winning picks or profits. Plan terms, billing and cancellation are described on our Pricing page.
No affiliation
Hoops Hustle is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, any team or league, ESPN, DraftKings, FanDuel or any sportsbook. All team names, league names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoops Hustle and its owners, contributors and partners are not liable for any loss or damage, including wagering losses or lost profits, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your responsibility
By using the Service, you agree that you use it at your own risk, that you are solely responsible for any wagers you place, and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
Changes
We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated version.
